Parent counseling and therapy for children

If you have a child who shows signs of unhappiness and you have run into a wall of waiting lists and confusing access to psychological counseling, you can get quick and qualified advice on what you can do practically and pedagogically.

In general, I am available for any questions you may have about mental health problems or life crises in children, adolescents and parents.

During my many years as a psychologist in municipalities, I have assessed children and advised parents on parenting issues.

I can offer a professional perspective on parental concerns.

Next, I can offer concrete advice on how to handle your child in specific situations.

If it makes sense in light of the child’s age, motivation and developmental level, I offer therapy for children and teenagers.

The consultation can take place as a video consultation or in the clinic in Østerbro.

Supervision

I offer supervision in child and adolescent cases for psychologists on their way to licensure.

I also offer supervision to professionals, such as foster parents who work with children, adolescents, and their parents

If you are employed, the content and overall goals of the supervision will be agreed upon in collaboration with your manager.

Each supervision session has roughly the same structure.

Together, we create an agenda based on the professional issues or topics you want supervision in.

When you are on your way to authorization, there will often be a need for concrete advice and knowledge transfer.

At the same time, there will be a need for case supervision concerning various intervention-related challenges.

It should be emphasized that the supervision space is a confidential room where ethics are paramount.

Guidelines such as confidentiality must be respected.
